Terms of Service

I provide local marketing services: local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, website design, Google Ads management, Meta and Facebook Ads, review and reputation help, rank tracking, and monthly reporting. The exact scope of your work is what we agree to in writing when you sign on.

On the local SEO service, here's the deal: I aim to get your business into the top 3 of Google Maps in your service area within 90 days. If you're not there, I keep working at no extra charge until you are.

A few honest conditions, so it's fair to both of us:

• You give me access to your Google Business Profile and the few things I need to do the work (photos, service info, the occasional review request to your customers).
• The guarantee covers ranking in the map pack for your main service in your service area. It is not a promise of a specific number of calls, leads, or sales, since those depend on your offer, your pricing, and how you answer the phone.
• It assumes your profile stays in good standing and isn't suspended for something outside my control.

• Recurring services are billed monthly, in advance.
• There's no setup fee on the local SEO service.
• You can cancel anytime after the first 90 days. I'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in a long contract.
• Ad budgets (for Google Ads or Meta Ads) are separate from my management fee and are paid to the ad platforms directly. You set the budget.

• Give me accurate information about your business and the access I need to do the work.
• Don't ask me to do anything against Google's rules. I only do white-hat work, and that protects you.
• Pay on time so the work keeps moving.

If I build you a website, you own your content and your domain. While you're on a monthly plan that includes hosting and updates, the site stays live and maintained. If you cancel, we'll sort out moving the site to you or another host. I don't hold your business hostage.

I work hard and I stand behind the guarantee above. Beyond that, I can't promise specific revenue, and I'm not liable for things outside my control, like Google algorithm changes, profile suspensions caused by your own actions, or losses beyond what you paid me. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Pennsylvania law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

If I update these terms, I'll change the “last updated” date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
